Thursday, June 13, 1850 Eugene Zahler
Eugene Zahler was born in Ingstetten, Germany to a brewing family of seventeen children. His family emigrated to America in 1857 when Eugene was just seven years old. They settled in Ramsey County, Minnesota. He was a farmer for most of his life but in 1884 he opened a brewery in Wabasha. Zahler died on December 22nd, 1930.
