Monday, April 29, 1861 Philip Jacob Ebling
Philip Jacob Ebling was born in New York City. Son of the Ebling Brewery founder of the same name, Philip Jacob ascended to his father's position upon the latter's death in 1895. Sadly his time as a senior executive in the brewery was to be short-lived. Philip Jacob Ebling died less than a year later on September 26, 1896.
