We hand you herewith our check on New York for $5950, to the order of Sessions & Co. In payment of the Howey real estate. You will also find enclosed
1st. Warranty Deed from Lida Howey to this company conveying the property.
2nd. Mortgage Deed from Lida Howey to Wm.H.Albery,with satisfaction duly signed by Mr.Albery on the back thereof.
3rd. Assignment of Judgment from Albert T.Cox to Albery, and Satisfaction of Judgment signed by Albery.
Regarding the last named instrument, our attorneys now advise us that it would be preferable to obtain a satisfaction^ of judgment from Albert T. Cox, by his attorneys of record, than the assignment. You will therefore kindly exchange the enclosed assignment of judgment for a satisfaction of judgment. When received, place satisfaction of mortgage, satisfaction of judgment, and warranty doed, on record. Hand the enclosed check to Sessions & Co., have abstract of title, sent to you by express today, extended to date, showing all papers of record, and when completed return abstract and the enclosed papers to this office for our files.
