Enclosed please find letter of our Attorney, Mr. Wm.-G. Wise, addressed to us with reference to the lease we are about to give to Pantopulos Brothers on our Wood property, 11101 So. Michigan Avenue, this City, for a term of 10 years; first 5 years at the rate of $250.00 per month and the last 5 years at $300.00 per month, absolutely net to us according to the terms of the lease.
We recommend the acceptance of this lease on your part and would kindly ask you to properly sign the same at your end, retain one copy in Milwaukee, return the other copy to us, and oblige.
