Complying with your request of the 9th inst., regarding the property on the south east corner of 86th and Cottage Grove Avenue, which was acquired from H? Hansen, we herewith beg to inform you that the size of this corner is 45 by 125 feet. The present two-story brick building, the condition of which you have inspected personally, covers 20 feet on Cottage Grove Avenue which leaves an empty lot of 25 feet adjoining the building to the south. The present rental we receive is $18.00 per month for the upstairs
In connection with this corner, we also acquired another lot, subscriber spoke to you about, which is located between 76th and 77th Streets about the middle of the block on the west side of Cottage Grove Avenue, lot facing east, size of which is 25 by 125 feet. This lot before hard times decreased real estate values was considered worth ?2,000.00.
