Abstract of title to the Columbus Howey R.E. is now satisfactory and deal can be closed by observing the following instructions:
Have Mr. William H. Albery who holds mortgage of $1500. against this property make draft on Pabst Brewing Company for the above amount with interest, attaching mortgage and release of same to the draft.
Albert T. Cox who holds a judgment of $3500. with $8.46 costs, should make an assignment of the same to this company or a release of the judgment and attach all papers to a draft on this company for the amount due him. to M. Lida Howey should obtain a release in full for the judgment held by Philip Newbald, et al, and also procure receipt for the 1905 taxes amounting to $41.47. After she has obtained both release and tax receipt have her make a draft on this company for the amount due her less amounts of drafts of Albery and Cox, also $50. paid down as part purchase money, and attach to her draft release of judgment, tax receipt and warranty deed, the latter to be made out in the name of Pabst Brewing Company, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, consideration "$1.00 and other valuable consideration". You must arrange that the above drafts are all forwarded at the gas*? time through the Wisconsin National Bank of this city. Yours truly,
