Made especially for the Hotel Astor in New York City. Wm. C. Muschenheim, manager. This bottle was probably filled with beer from the German brewer Wurzburger Hofbrau, as Luchow was an importer of theirs.

This label was originally collected by world traveler, author, and eccentric Dr. Henry Stephens III. He collected Beer and Mineral Water labels between 1905 and 1928. He died in 1932.
