Christian (Fred) Friedrich Eduard Korn was born in Storkow, Germany.  For a time he operated a brewery with Bernard Kellerman in Watertown, Wisconsin.  They sold their products in a tavern down the street owned by Kellerman's brother, Henry.  Korn died on the 28th of July, 1895 at the age of 56.
