Friday, June 12, 1807 Phillip Adam Gillman
Phillip Adam Gillman was born in Bavaria. In around 1846 he and Jacob Gunlach established a brewery in Highland, Wisconsin. He died on the 29th of March, 1889. He was likely the brother of William Gillman (b~1807) who appears in the 1850 census as a brewer in Andrew Bolster's tavern.
