Adolph Herman Joseph Coors, Jr. was born in Rhein, Prussia. He was the eldest son of Adolph Coors and heir to the Coors Brewery in Golden, Colorado. The elder Coors admitted his son as partner in 1909. He died on the 5th day of June, 1929.
